For GAT International has always paid attention to its clients'requirements and also to their satisfaction.

In order to improve our efficiency and also to satisfy our customers, GAT International has started the process to get the ISO 9001:2008 certification.

The ISO 9001:2008 intervenes on the management of the quality and the ability to satisfy a company's customers.

To be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company means that we know how to:

• Deal with customers' claims and satisfy them,

• Find solutions to potential incidents,

• Fix objectives and achieve them,

• And so on.

GAT International had the support of the consultant company Acta Qualité, so that the objective to be certified during the summer 2012 could be achieved.

Regarding the certifying organism, GAT International wanted a company whose reputation and serious is note to prove anymore, so the choice was made to work together with Bureau Veritas, major company in the field of quality management, this approach has enabled GAT International to develop standardized methods and so to answer more precisely to our clients' expectations.

Since August, 25th 2012 GAT International is officially certified ISO 9001:2008.

This certification joins in the continuation of the actions undertaken by our company within the framework of a quality approach in which the relational aspect is essential.
